Hello,

Does w3tc support redis server socket for more speed compared to the IP layer?

this feature was announced (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/redis-socket-support-2/), but is it already introduced?

Thank you for your patience.
W3 Total Cache supports Redis Unix socket. All you need to replace the default hostname with a Redis Unix socket (usually /var/run/redis/redis.sock or /var/run/redis/redis.sock:0)
