    Feature request:
    Option to rewrite URLs without a dependence on mod_rewrite. I am aware it’s the standard for Apache, but it would still be nice to have a slower option in cases where mod_rewrite isn’t an option, like when using the built in PHP webserver with PHP Storm during the development phase.
