    Hello Kevin,

Thank you for the link. I’ve done two tests and it appears the users are not logged in after checkout hence they can not access the confirmation page. I can see this because I can not access the other protected pages (like https://www.duxforex.com/membership-account/) unless I sign in.
By default, members should be logged in after the checkout process. It may be a plugin conflict or custom code doing this.

You may want to disable all other plugins to find out where the conflict is. I can see you have another membership plugin installed, also.

I see you also have two confirmation pages.
    /membership-confirmation/
    and /membership-account/membership-confirmation/

The one you want to keep is the one you have your page settings for PMPro pointing to.

    Hi Kim,

Looks like Loginpress was interfering, I reset its settings and it seems to get to the confirmation page now. One question is how do we modify the confirmation page? I tried adding a shortcode to the text area but the plugin would would not show…

Can this page be edited in Elementor?

    Hello @kevinmacy,

The confirmation page can not be modified by Elementor.
A shortcode brings in the content.

However, you can create a custom confirmation page, then “Point” to it in your page settings. You will need to add ‘[pmpro_member]’ shortcodes to customize.

We also have a post on how to do this with a function:
    https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/custom-confirmation-page-content/

I hope one of these options is helpful to you.
