    It should work with custom post types. Can you post a link to an example where it fails to redirect?

    Here is an example of a custom post type that is going to a 404

    and here is a standard blog post that works correctly

    Hi Wasca,

    I think the most likely issue here is that your custom post type does not support feeds – i.e., even if the plugin was disabled, you would not be able to access a feed for that post type. That being the case, there is no feed to redirect :).

    The way to verify this is too see whether either the feeds or has_archive argument is set to false in the register_post_type call that registers this post type.

    If that isn’t the issue then I’m not sure what it could be without looking at the actual code for your custom post type.

    Thanks for your suggestion, you were correct, I’d not had the has_archive option set.

    I know have it working as expected.
