Redirects post url without / in the end to a / in the end version

Well, I used this plugin and then started using yoast premium, I noticed now that one of my popular posts are not being indexed by Google Search Console because of a Redirection.
It goes from:
https://www.vemdauva.com.br/qual-diferenca-entre-o-vinho-cabernet-sauvignon-e-o-merlot
to
https://www.vemdauva.com.br/qual-diferenca-entre-o-vinho-cabernet-sauvignon-e-o-merlot/(yes, the dash in the end)
when I try to index https://www.vemdauva.com.br/qual-diferenca-entre-o-vinho-cabernet-sauvignon-e-o-merlot it gives me an error, saying the url are not indexed
is that normal? but if I do this with the / in the end, than its ok.
