Redirects only working if user logged in

    Hello Sir,
    I have installed your plugin and then I added a new page and the old page for redirection.
    But the problem is that, when I used to login only then redirection worked. But when I log out of my WordPress, I get an error like “The page is not redirecting properly” on my browser
