Redirects not working

    I have a multisite installation and I am trying to use this plugin for some redirects. When I try access the redirect I only get an error page. How can I fix this?

    Good Day!

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re facing this issue. I’ve tried to reproduce the issue from my end and it seems to be working fine.

    Can you please check for plugin conflicts by following this: You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Simple 301 redirects plugin. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other Plugins.

    If the issue still persists, I would like to request you to create a support ticket here so that we can investigate the issue and resolve this as soon as possible.

    Hi Faria, thanks for the reply.

    Unfortunately this is a production website an I can’t deactivate all other plugins. I do have access to the machine and can provide logs or other info in case you need it. Is there anything else I can do?
