Redirects Not Working

Hi,
I have several 301s in place on this site. Some work, and some don’t, and I have NO idea as to why certain ones aren’t working.

Here’s an example:
This URL: https://www.avascent.com/about-avascent/leadership/timothy-garnett/ is set to redirect to: https://www.avascent.com/our-team/timothy-r-garnett/ but it’s not working.

The URL in the 301 looks like: /our-team/timothy-r-garnett/ to redirect to the full URL: https://www.avascent.com/our-team/timothy-r-garnett/

Can someone please help me troubleshoot?
