redirects don't work

Hi guys,

I have a couple redirects and none of them work anymore…

I got the following message in a ‘redirect plugin’ but also the redirects from Ninja Forms to a ‘thank you page’ do not work.

IMPORTANT TROUBLE SHOOTING NOTES:
Until some jQuery issues are resolved, the New Window and No Follow features will not work for Quick Redirects.
The Request field should be relative to the ROOT directory and contain the / at the beginning.
The Destination field can be any valid URL or relative path (from root).

I don’t remember changing anything regarding this bit.

Any thoughts on where to look for the functionality?
