Hi,
The option under General > Redirect on success is meant to redirect users after they have successfully verified their email.
Whilst the option under Advanced > Prevent login after register will prevent users from logging in without verifying their accounts. If you want your customers to login without confirming their email, you will disable this option.
The two options are not related, because in the first in the first case, we are redirecting after a successful verification and in the second option we are redirecting before a successful verification.
Hi,
The option under General > Redirect on success doesn’t work on my website. It redirects always on My Account
Hi,
The redirect on success option only works if the link is on the same domain. Can you please confirm the link is on the same domain?
Also if you are a pro version user, you can contact us on our website for support, as wp.org forums are very restrictive.
Hi
I am referring to the option “Redirect to the previous url before “my account” page” I haven’t setted a custom URL but I want (as I expected with this option) that after successful activation and login my customers come back to the product they were viewing. I am not a pro user but if this setting works I will buy it.
Thank you
Hi @maurodimarino,
I hope you are well today.
In the plugin’s settings, under the General section, if you set Redirect on success to Redirect to the previous URL before “my account” page, the user will be redirected to the previous page they were viewing before going to the “My account” page. If you select this option, you do not need to enter a value for the Redirect on success > Custom redirect URL option.
I hope this information was helpful to you. Please get in touch with me if you have any queries or need help.
Kind regards,
Moshtafizur
Hi
ok I understood this…but please check this function because it doesn’t work
Hi @maurodimarino,
Thanks you for following up.
On my end, I was unable to reproduce your issue. Could you please ensure that in the plugin’s settings, under the General settings, Login on activation option is enabled.
If it has been enabled, please get in touch with us via our forum as wordpress.org is very restrictive. There we will ask for access to your WordPress dashboard so that we may look into the problem for you.
Best regards,
Moshtafizur
Thank you for you avaibility…

Hello.
I am using this plugin to register users for free Learndash courses. Up to here everything works fine and the message for activation also works fine. What happens is that when the user registers for the course and then activates his account, he must subscribe to the course again in order to take it. That is, the account is registered but the user is not subscribed to the course the first time. Thanks for your suggestions.
