Redirection to Website

    Hello,

    The plugin is all working fine, taking payments, generating emails etc. However the redirection to the website isn’t working.

    I have spoken to worldpay, they have run a check against the SSL and confirmed it isn’t that. They have also confirmed the Payment Response URL (<wpdisplay item=CM_payment_response_url>) is working fine and relaying the information back to the plugin.

    They said the plugin wasn’t updating the shopping cart correctly and something was therefore blocking the redirection.

    I notice quite a few people are in a similar situation here, so any help appreciated.

    In the plugin files, in a required folder under templates there are two .HTML files ResultY and ResultC. These need to be uploaded to the ‘Edit payment pages’ -> File management area within your WorldPay Account.
