    User gets redirected to homepage after registration without a notice that he has to check his emails for confirmation message. Please help

    Which privacy settings do you have set for your install? Just “users must be moderated” or the site-wide privacy ?

    The only time we do any redirecting ourselves is if with the site wide privacy setting in place. We don’t prevent registration or activation and they should be getting the activation and moderation notifications by email. Activation would be coming from BuddyPress core, and the moderation one from us.
