Redirection seems to be case sensitive, but uppper cases won't work

    I’m using the redirection plugin and I setup a redirect with

    cpacanada.ca/cra which works fine.

    However, if a user types in cpacanada.ca/CRA it doesn’t work, it appears to be case sensitive. I’ve setup a second redirect with CRA but it still doesn’t seem to work.

    Any thoughts? Is there something I’m missing?
