This is weird but my Editor can’t see any redirection links or can’t add any redirection links because the Redirection section is empty ( Screenshot: https://a.cl.ly/wbuv4lpp ). I think this issue is with all the non-admin roles.

This redirection section is working properly well for the Administrator role, along with all other options.

Not sure if this may be the reason, but previously I had run this snippet code – “How to hide SEO settings meta box for non-admin users” under functions.php as per this doc: https://docs.wpslimseo.com/slim-seo/meta-title-tag/ I had later removed it because I didn’t need.

While I have already removed that snippet but can this be cause of my issue? I read here – https://docs.wpslimseo.com/slim-seo/troubleshooting/ about some snippet code to solve something similar but that asks for a shortcode. I hadn’t used any shortcode though.

    Kindly help with this.

    Hi @nitesh-manav

The settings page of Slim SEO is for admins only. We set it accessible to users who have “manage_options” capability. So editors can’t access it by default.

    Oh! Okay. I understand.

But it would be great if you can offer a hack to enable it for any other user-role like Editor or for any specific user other than Admin. Kindly look into this if there is a possibility.

    Thank you.
