Redirection not working on ALL redirects

Hi

I have asked this in another post that initially started differently and haven’t received a reply so I thought I should start again in it’s own thread.

I installed this plugin over a week ago and on the whole it has worked very well. About 30 pages have redirected perfectly.

However, there are so far about 16 pages that are stubbornly not working and I don’t know why? They look the same as the ones that have worked.

This is an example of one page I am trying to redirect, can anyone tell me what is wrong please?
