# Redirection loop issue

 * Hi all,
 * I’ve juste noticed I can’t access any page but the homepage of my website (www.
   chambres-d-hotes-mont-saint-michel.fr)since I updated to 4.2.1
 * I can access my index page and the back-office but all other pages give a redirection
   loop.
 * I have not made any modification on the site after this update.
    I’ve tried desactivating
   WPTouch and GA By Yoast plugins and emptying all caches but it didn’t solve the
   issue.
 * Has anyone experienced something similar ?

 * I would suggest empty the w3tc plugin cache, deactivate it. Then visit Settings
   > Permalinks and click Save.

 * Thanks for your answer but unfortunately, this didn’t (when I started to write
   this message) to work.
 * I’ve cleared all caches (database, objects, pages) with W3TotalCache then deactivated
   the plugin, saved again permalinks option.
 * Then I deactivated some unneccessary plugins and cleared all cookies related 
   to the website in my browser and it now works.
 * I now have to test any plugin to understand where the problem comes from.
