Redirection link to add entered form fields

Hi,
Thanks for the nice plugin. I wanted to know is it possible to send the form field entered by user in the form as $_GET in the redirection url we enter in Redirect Tab in backend.

for ex: There is a field in my form called ’email’ .

In redirection url I want something like :
http://xyz.com?email=’value-entered-by-user’
