Redirection for users without permissions, it does not work

Hi. Redirecting to the protected content page or message, for people who do not have access to a course, does not work for me. When someone accesses that course, click to see it, the page simply refreshes, and neither does it allow you to see it, but it does not show any message, and it is what it should be. However, I have set a custom URL redirection in the Suscriber role configuration
