Redirection Edit is not working

    Hi,

    I use the 404 monitor and redirect URLs which I think is useful for my site. with the last update redirection is not working correctly. I am able to create new redirection rules by using the add button on redirection screen. The edit button for existing redirection does not work, it just refreshes the screen.

    Same way, Redirect button in 404 log screen does not work. It take to redirection screen but does not open the add option.

    Is there any bug in the latest version?
