Can you let us know what happens when the payment is complete? What page do you land on—is it a page on PayPal’s site?
If you can send the following, that would be great:
1. A screenshot of the page you land on. You can use a screenshot tool like https://snipboard.io/ to send the screenshot
2. A copy of your site’s system status report. You can find it by going to your admin Dashboard and select WooCommerce → Status. From there, select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.

I deactivate the check out button on card and on product and i use the checkout button to go to PayPal and it works.
