Redirecting to new URL

Hi,

actually i’ve URL like /%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%/, but i wan to change it into /%postname%/, or /%postname%.html. All it’s ok, but i want redirecting from old format, to new link format.

Now, when i’ve /%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%/, and i give sb link like myblog/%postname%/ they’re redirecting into myblog/%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%/, i want to do the same, but from /%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%/ to %postname%.
