Redirecting posts only

Hi there.

I’m looking for a simple solution for redirecting 200+ posts that are in the root (www.domain.com/post name) to another blogging platform at a subdomain (blog.domain.com) with out affecting normal pages.

I’ve looked at Quick Post/Page Redirect Plugin but this will still be a manual process on each and every post.

Anyone know of clever alternatives?
