    Hi

    Thanks for the plugin, I have used it previously in the past with no problems. The site I am needing to do redirects for now is different as the old site was on a .NET server and the old links that need redirecting contain .aspx. I am able to redirect any links that do not contain .aspx however whenever visiting a URL with .aspx in I get a forbidden error and these pages cannot be redirected.

    Any suggestions?

    Alex

  • we have the same problem – unfortunately, the plugin wont 301 .aspx pages – we have to send them to our IT department to have them manually setup. it sucks…

    I don’t know if this is of any use to you, but it was because our hosting providing blocks .aspx and .asp by default on the shared linux platform. it was fixed by adding the following to .htaccess:

    <FilesMatch “(?i)\.aspx$”>
    allow from all
    </FilesMatch>

    <FilesMatch “(?i)\.asp$”>
    allow from all
    </FilesMatch>

    After that the plugin can redirect all links
