I just moved my wordpress site from a subdirectory to the root directory.
Now there’s nothing left in the subfolder.
Since many people are still holding on to links to the old site (http://www.domain.com/sub/page.php), which don’t exist anymore, is there anyway to change these urls so that when people click on them they go to http://www.domain.com/page.php for any page that was in the old subdirectory?
right now I have a redirect url that redirects any page from the old subdomain to the root index page (i.e. click on http://www.domain.com/sub/page.php and get to http://www.domain.com), but it would be great if i can get to http://www.domain.com/page.php.
Any kind of advice would be greatly appreciated.
