We’re a show troupé and are using the plugin to make sure that visitors are guided correctly through our sales process, which is based on them going to the correct url to access our que-function.

    The process is as follows:
Customer recieves a mail sent out via Mailchimp with a link to our normal sales site.
This link is (within peak times) redirected to the que-site using the plugin, however we’re having some issues that mailchimp seem to be adding a tracking-query to the link when customers are clicking within the newsletter (/?mc_cid=e5f8b058c6&mc_eid=8f8b7dc0c0)

This then leads to the customer not being redirected to the correct page and ending up in what is essentially an eternal looping que to get tickets.

Is there any way to solve this issue?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The free version does not have the option to ignore URL query strings so it sees all of those URLs as unique and doesn’t redirect them. The pro version does have the option you need.
