Redirected to admin dashboard after clearing page cache

I’ve been using WP Super Cache for years. Until recently, whenever I cleared the cache on an individual page, after the page re-freshed, the same page would reload & I would remain on that page.
As of recently, I now get re-directed to my admin dashboard after clearing the cache on individual pages, having to then navigate back to that page. Any ideas on what is causing this & if I can change it back to the way it used to work? (no redirect)
