Redirect whole site…but not admin area

    Hi.

    I need to re-direct a whole site from one folder to another.

    I figure the best way is
    From: /2013/*.*
    To /DCC/

    Is there a way I can do that so that I don’t remmove access to the WordPress dashboard at 2013/wp-admin, since I may need to migrate content over and don’t want to mess with the database.
