Redirect users from X site to X page on my site?

Is there a way to send users who come to my site following a link on a specific site to a specific page on my site?

There is a link on a site (example.com) which points to my root domain.

I would like anyone who links on that link to go to a specific page on my site: mydomain.com/special-page

Is there way to do this and is there a plugin that can help me?
