Support » Plugin: Quiz And Survey Master (Formerly Quiz Master Next) » Redirect user to another page on completion of quiz based on score

    Each quiz can have unlimited results pages that can be customized with your text. Show different results pages based on the users score!

    Instead of entering some text within the plugin, can I have static WordPress pages as results pages and have the plugin redirect users to the respective results pages based on score range?

    Greetings OC2PS:

    Thank you for choosing to use this plugin!

    Unfortunately, in the current version, most of the saving and processing of the quiz is done on the built in results page after the user completes the form.

    Is there something that can be done in the static pages that you are unable to do using the plugin’s result page system?

    Best Regards

    I’d like to use the plugin for personality-test type quizzes, so the static “results pages” based on score ranges are quite rich – with images, videos, downloads, and most importantly, in our case, we don’t want to hide results pages from Google…static pages provide us good SEO.

    Plus, I don’t want to show the answers on the results page.

    [Moderator Note: No bumping, thank you.]

    I will look into adding an option to redirect instead of creating the dynamic results page. I will add this to the list of requested features for you.

    Hi,

    I like this plugin very much, I also need this same option. I want my user to be redirected to my own custom results page. In that page, I will get results from db and display in different format.

    Please inform once it is done. If you don’t mind I will add the code and submit the patch to you. So that you can include this piece in the next release.

    Regards,
    Venkat.

    Hi.

    I would also like to know if it is possible to have a user be sent to a wordpres page i create, as i want to use it in away that the once the sure has passed the quiz they have access to that page but the page is locked until they have passed the quiz.

    Can your plug in do this?

    @fpcorso Any progress on this?

    Any way to request the user’s contact information FROM the results page and have a dynamic email sent to the user and admin from there?

    We are trying to capture email addresses, and we might scare away users by presenting them with the option to submit contact info before seeing their results. It’s gentler and builds more trust for us if we give them something (i.e., their results) before we ask for something (i.e., their contact info.)

    @oceanic7777 Your issue is completely different from this. Please create a separate topic.

    Hey Frank, Do you have a roadmap?

    Greetings:

    I have begun work on this feature for you and am hoping to get it out in the next few updates!

    If you stick to the Text part on the result page, you can redirect with:
    <meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="0; url=http://www.myweb.com/myresultpage/">

    I have used this for a few months and it works fine.
    Tricky now after 4.xx of the plugin – If you switch to Visual, the code disappears…
