# Redirect Url Question…

 * Hi,
 * This is a small issue, but for me I would appreciate it if it can be resolved.
   When I submit for the form, the window that displays with the Thank you message
   is off the viewing part of the screen except for the lower portion, and it appears
   with the spinning animation in view, but the person who submits does not know
   what is going on, (unless of course they are on a high resolution screen, large
   monitor)
 * I would like to be able to allow my viewers to see the whole Thank you message
   window without them having to scroll back up to the top of the page, even on 
   low resolutions like 1024 x 768. Can you help me resolve that? Maybe an anchor
   link perhaps? I just don’t know the technique in the script.
 * Edit, if I turn off the redirection, it still shows the welcome message too low,
   out of the viewing area.

 * Hi mbrsolutions,
 * I have tested the default 2014 wordpress theme, and it did work as expected, 
   BUT there was no scrollable content on the page, so the Message Sent message 
   appeared as it should have in the viewing area.
 * Regarding my current theme (classipress / simply responsive child theme)
 * I just disabled my mobile navigation plugin, as you suggested might be the issue,
   but that didn’t solve my issue, although, it did make it so that it does show
   the Message Sent message (in complete view) from your plugin, but my goal is 
   to make the page reload from the top, not just display the page from the bottom,
   leaving the message sent message mainly out of view. How can I make it so that
   after the message has been sent, the Thank you message page is loaded from the
   top, instead of at it’s ‘default’ location at the bottom leaving the header part
   out of view?

 * Hi Brian, I am glad to know that issue is not with the plugin. In regards to 
   your request, that is something you will have to take up with the theme developers.
   I am sure they will be able to assist you further.
