I have not tested this fully, but would it be something like:

on_sent_ok: "window.open('http://some-domain.com/sample-post/', '_blank');"

Place that in your Additional Settings.

One problem on my testing is that browser security asks for allowing a popup window. This does not give me the desired outcome as you might expect.
