Redirect translation

    I have a multi language environment here. So I set up two SI contact forms (ENG and GER) with redirection enabled.

    – When I am at the English contact site and sent the form then the redirection wording of the redirection site is “Weiterleitung”.
    – When I am at the German contact site and sent the form then the redirection wording of the redirection site is “Weiterleitung”.

    So how can I translate “Weiterleitung” at the English redirection site? I fond no possibility.
