Redirect to file = new tab instead of reloading webpage

    Hi

    thanks for a great plugin.

    Due to an issue with force download (gives erroneous corrupt file messages in external application) I’ve changed setting to “redirect to file”.

    This works fine, but clicking a link reloads the page to display the file.

    how can I add a target=_blank so that the file opens up in a new tab?

    We’ll provide an option fir this in the future.

    For now you have 2 options:

    1. use da_display_attachments and regex to add the target=”_blank” to each link
    2. copy the attachments template you use (list, table, etc.) from plugin templates folder, paste into your theme root folder and adjust it by adding target=”_blank” to the links
