   to a specific page

 * From your description I understand that you want to redirect the user from the
   cart page to some other specific page.
 * Normally, from the cart page a user needs to go to the checkout page in order
   to complete the payment.
 * Can you please confirm if this is what you are looking for? A bit of clarification
