Redirect profile.php to custom profile page.

    Hey guys.
    Im trying to redirect wp-admin/profile.php > ./profile/

    Ive tried using Cpanel redirect and all the plugins i can find on WP but still no luck.

    All i really want to do is create a new page where users can change their password and user information. Really dont like the back-end UI of User Profile Editing.
