Redirect on WP-ADMIN

Getting a re-direct on login screen, can’t get access to admin for my site.

http://127.0.0.1/?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2F this is where it’s directing too?

I’ve tried re-installing wordpress and still doing the same.

Any advise please?
