Redirect Old Permalink Structure to New (3 posts)

I'm trying to figure out how to redirect requests from my old permalink structure (http://boison.org/depths/YYYY/MM/DD/%post_name%/) to my new (http://boison.org/archive/%post_name%). I've looked at several URL rewriting tutorials, but I'm really confused. This wouldn't be an issue had I not noticed that Technorati has the old structure indexed. Does anyone have ideas as to how to go about doing this?

wordpress should do this automatically once you change the structure

WordPress should update (ping) Technorati's index with the new information? Also keep in mind, and I omitted this at first, that the old structure is from a previous WordPress installation. I've since created another and managed to import the old entries into my current one.

I'm just trying to figure out how to setup redirect so that when someone tries to access the old URLs, they'll be forwarded to the correct ones rather than receiving a 404.
