What is the redirect you’ve created?
Don’t know if it makes sense:
Source URL
/vis_artikel.asp?AjrDcmntId=405&AjrPage=3
URL options / Regex
Query Parameters
Exact match all parameters in any order
Title
Describe the purpose of this redirect (optional)
Match
URL only
When matched
Redirect to URL
with HTTP code
301 – Moved Permanently
Exclude from logs
Target URL
/
Group
Redirections
Position
11
You have it set to regex, but it’s not a regex, and this is then going to prevent it working. Also, you may run into issues described in the server configuration section here:

Ok thank you I will check your link
Redirection no longer works with PHP 4.7 HTACCESS file has been devalued
I’m not sure what that means? The plugin dosen’t work anymore?
The plugin does work, please ignore whatever that means.
If you are running PHP 4.7 no the plugin will not work
> If you are running PHP 4.7 no the plugin will not work
WordPress requires a minimum version of 5.6. So no, this plugin and WordPress will not work with PHP 4.7
Please can you keep any feedback you have to a separate, more appropriate, thread.
