 * Having some trouble activating the plugin on my site. It works and functions 
   perfectly on my WP Engine staging site but as soon as we set it live the plugin
   causes a redirect loop and prevents the admin area working at all.
 * Some details for your records:
 * WC Version: 2.6.11
    WP Version: 4.7.1 PHP Version: 5.5.9 MySQL Version: 5.6.32
   Plugins: ManageWP – Worker – 4.2.16 Gravity Forms – 2.1.1.22 Contact Form 7 –
   4.6 Essential Grid – 2.0.9.1 Facebook By WebLizar – 2.4.6 Gravity Forms MailChimp
   Add-On – 3.7.1 Simple Google Analytics Plugin – 1.0 WPBakery Visual Composer –
   5.0 MailChimp for WooCommerce – 1.0.70 Minimal Coming Soon & Maintenance Mode–
   1.2 Regenerate Thumbnails – 2.2.6 Slider Revolution – 5.2.6 Simple 301 Redirects–
   1.07 Smart Slider 3 – 3.1.2 WooCommerce Stripe Gateway – 3.0.6 ThemeREX Utilities–

 * Using a modified child theme of KindlyCare by Ancora Themes.
 * Now, I know my PHP version is below the required but this works in exactly the
   same environment on my staging server.

 * Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear about this situation, but I’m happy
   to take a look and see how we can help out.
 * First, thank you so much for going ahead and sending us all of that information
   from the get-go – it will make the troubleshooting process a lot faster! 🙂 That
   being said, I noticed that the PHP version currently running doesn’t meet the
   plugin’s minimum system requirements – the plugin requires PHP v.5.6 or above.
   Do you mind upgrading your sites PHP to see if that resolves the issue? If it
   does not, we have seen some cases where the following plugins have caused conflicts
   for some users in the past:
 * – Gravity Forms
    – Gravity forms MailChimp add-on
 * If updating to the latest version of PHP is unsuccessful, could you next try 
   temporarily deactivating these two plugins to be sure that it isn’t a plugin 
   conflict?
