Redirect loop on checkout

We are using woocommerce with coursepress pro and coursepress pro theme. We have renamed one of our courses and updated all the links and yet when we try to purchase the course it gets the “The webpage has a redirect loop” when attempting to go to the checkout page. Here is what we have tried and had the same resulting error on checkout:

1) renamed .htaccess and updated and saved permilinks (on postname)
2) created a brand new course with no link to previous and tested again
3) created a new checkout page (copying the shortcode into it) and updated the woocommerce settings.
4) updated any outdated woo template files
5) deleted cookies
6) just tried to view the checkout page (view page), same problem
7) created a blank page – no shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] – with some text, updated the woo settings, saved it and viewed it successfully.

Steps to purchase are:
1. Site is pponline.peacefulparenting.com.au – Use the first image (purchase option)
2. Enter in user details (to create login id) – create login button
It should then go to the checkout page to purchase the course. This is when the error occurs.

Any ideas? Help?
