I have PMPro installed. However the pages are giving me infinite redirects. I tried disabling ALL plugin, it works. I enabled ONLY PMPro plugin, infinite redirects.

On the SSL settings, I have this:
“Your Site URL starts with https:// and so PMPro will allow your entire site to be served over HTTPS.”
There is no option to select under Force SSL.

    Any help would be appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are facing.

Would you mind showing me a screenshot of your page settings for Paid Memberships Pro? Did you automatically generate the Paid Memberships Pro pages?

    Screenshot

All of the pages are autogenerated, except for the Levels page.
But all of them are giving infinite redirects.

What theme are you currently using, could you test this with the TwentyNineteen theme?

Do you have any customizations done to your site?

I’m using Julia. Tested with TwentyNineteen, same result.

Thanks for the feedback, can you please check one last thing for me. Please can you check the permalink settings on your site?

What is it currently set to? I’m trying to recreate this issue on my end but I am unable to do so.

Thank you for your patience @borzack, I am unable to recreate this issue on my end.

Could you please open a ticket on http://www.paidmembershipspro.com so we may debug this further for you.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused by this.

Err… in order for me to create ticket there, I’m required to upgrade to a paying option, which I’m not able to at the moment.

I deactivate the plugin, then deleted it. Removed all pages/accounts/roles. Reinstall the plugin fresh. All are ok now.

That’s no problem at all, I understand. Our premium support offers a more ‘hands-on’ approach to issues and we can help further than we can in the .org support forum.

I’m glad to hear you have figured it out.

If you have any further questions please feel free to open a new support ticket.
