# Redirect load error\broken links ?

 * Hello,
 * Out of nowhere, Tuesday evening, when no one had been working on the site, and
   it hadn’t been touched since maybe the Friday before, our front page started 
   to load very slow. Then, when trying to click on any link, this message would
   come up:
 * > The page isn’t redirecting properly.
   >  Firefox has detected that the server 
   > is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
   > This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.
 * Restoring the databases from a back up from even March 4th won’t stop what’s 
   going on.
 * The site is [http://naturesmoringa.com](http://naturesmoringa.com) and our host
   is GoDaddy. Between them and the GetShopped support teams, it’s all very Kafka-
   esque.
 * The plugins we are using can be seen here: [http://naturesmoringa.com/plgns.png](http://naturesmoringa.com/plgns.png)
 * GoDaddy kept insisting that it was malware and\or the site was hacked but, using
   scanner plugins, no malware was detected.
 * Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction, please?

 * It looks like my WPSC Members Access plugin was de-activated and now I can’t 
   re-active it.
 * It spits out:
 * >  Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wpsc_purch_cap_product_forms() (previously declared

   > purchase_capability.php:13) in /home/content/86/8556986/html/wp-content/plugins/
