Redirect Link depending on user role

So I have a menu option that can only be seen by logged in users. What I want though is when the user clicks on this link to be redirected depending on their role.

So if they have the role “abc” when they click on “Menu Link” it will take them to page “Abc”. I realise I’ll have to create the individual pages for each user role.

I’ve already got a redirect depending on the user name, just used %username%. I was wondering if there’s a similar one for the user role – is there?
