Hi @jmask, Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out.
Usually, when there are problems as described it’s related to some sort of caching issue. It could be a plugin or cloud service getting in the way, e.g. Cloudflare. Do you have anything like that running on your WordPress install? If you don’t, that’s ok, we just wanted to check on that first. We can try to look at a few other things as well. Also, what version of the plugin are you using?
I look forward to hearing back from you.

Hello!
Thank you so much for the response! We do have cloudflare running as well as wp fastest cache.
@jmask
Do any of your caching plugins make use of the get_option
or delete_option
functions? We are doing a check for mailchimp_woocommerce_plugin_do_activation_redirect
and trying to delete it on the first redirect attempt, but tells me that you’re running into problems in this area that are not deleting it.
Is there any way you can “block” any options from being cached? If so please try to block mailchimp_woocommerce_plugin_do_activation_redirect
and let us know if that resolves it. Super strange.
Hi @creationnation, We’re going to close out this ticket for now since it’s been a few weeks since we’ve been in touch.
