Redirect help

Hello there, I am using your plugin to create a better login experience for the users but I have some issues.

First of all, I have added the following to a Custom Link as a menu item:
URL: https://wordpress.org/wp-login.php%20
Navigation Label: LOGIN
CSS Classes: simplemodal-login

And about the same for the sign up.

What I want is to add the redirect feature both on login and logout.

I found from your installation guide this “https://wordpress.org/wp-login.php?redirect_to=&” but I do not know how to implement it. Can I use it as I am right now (in the menu) and if yes, what should I add to the link?

Lastly, is there a “logout” button or the user has to logout from the default wordpress bar on top?
