I wish to effectively disable the core WordPress login page “wp-login.php” by making it automatically redirect to the login page I made with this plugin.

Does WP-Members offer this functionality?

The core plugin does not do that. However, the WP-Members Advanced Options extension does have settings for that along with quite a few other similar/related options.
