Redirect from old install of WP

  • This might take some explanation

Basically, the server hosting my WordPress installation crashed, and the data could not be recovered.

So I had to install a new copy of WP, on a new server.

I am moving some of my older posts over to the new server, manually copying them from Archive.org

However, many of the posts are receiving links to their old locations. The problem with that is, I wasn’t using dynamic URLs back then. So I am getting a lot of links to /?p=156, etc

So while I can re-enter the articles, the links are going to the wrong place.

How can I set up redirects? I have tried using .htaccess, but it does not let you use a URL that is dynamically generated (I think because of the ? and = symbols in the URL, or perhaps because the file doesn’t exist?)

    Any help would be appreciated!
