Redirect domain to a landing page while main page is under construction

I am creating a wordpress site which will take some time to build. While this webpage is under construction I want the domain redirect to a landing page where visitors may see just the main points on the site while the main homepage gets build. Is this possible and how would I have to do this under wordpress?
