# Redirect action doesn’t work

 * I have a problem with redirect action, it doesn’t work no matter what I do.
    
   I guess I configure it correctly?

 * Yes it looks like you have that configured correctly. I tested the redirect here
   and it worked ok.
 * Would you be able to send us a support ticket via the plugin and I will take 
   a closer look for you.
 * 1. Click to edit the form you created.
    2. Click the ‘?’ icon (top right) to 
   access the support side bar. 3. Click ‘Contact’ and send us a message. Check 
   the boxes to send us your system and form data so that I can review that.
