 * Hi. My site has some forms that talk to the client’s email marketing software.
The email sign up form, for instance, posts to an external URL, where the sign
up details are stored — and then there is a redirection from there back to our
site, to a thank you page.
 * I have done similar things with other email service providers, but in this instance,
the redirection triggers a 403 error. If I refresh the 403 page, the page loads.
Why won’t it load the first time?
 * Thanks.

 * Can you post the site’s URL?

 * Yes, this is the page that the redirect goes to: [http://www.forcemanagement.com/about-force-management/contact-us/join-our-online-community/thank-you/](http://www.forcemanagement.com/about-force-management/contact-us/join-our-online-community/thank-you/)
 * It works if you go to it directly — just not when you’re being redirected from
the external email service provider. (You can see the action URL here – [http://www.forcemanagement.com/about-force-management/contact-us/join-our-online-community/](http://www.forcemanagement.com/about-force-management/contact-us/join-our-online-community/)–
   goes to a different subdomain).

 * It looks like the “Bad Behavior” plugin is throwing the 403. The [documentation](http://bad-behavior.ioerror.us/documentation/configuration/)
says that you can turn on the “Allow Offsite Forms” option which I’m guessing
   will resolve the issue.

 * That worked! How did you know it was Bad Behavior?

 * Glad to hear. I knew it was Bad Behavior because there was a link that led me
   to a [documentation page](http://bad-behavior.ioerror.us/documentation/configuration/)
describing why the 403 page appeared.
 * Please mark this issue as resolved.
